You need work up: You need to go to your doctor and send stool sample to rule out parasites(worms) in your intestinal tract, also stool has to be examined for presence of white blood cells to rule out inflammation. Malabsorbtion has to be ruled out, particularly, if your stool has increased amount of fat droplets and foul smell.Exclude milk products, bevause lactose intolerance is a common cause of Diarrhea.

Diarrhea: The cause could be a viral intestinal tract infection, food poisoning, intolerance of a certain food or medication, , irritable bowel syndrome or autoimmune bowel disease. Avoid harsh roughage foods, take kaopectate or imodium. See your MD or a gastroenterologist if diarrhea persists or if black or bloody stools develop. Appropriate tests will be ordered.
