Yes in USA : Yes in USA all drugs are prescribed by a doctor prescription... Unless they are OTC (OVER THE COUNTER) drugs. All antibiotics, anti parasite antiretroviral and antifungal are only through prescription. A few ointments like neosporin or antifungal creams are OTC.
