I have a recurring twitch in my forehead. do you have any suggestions on how i could treat this?

No simple treatment: Twitching inside a facial muscle, which happens in normal people, is called myokymia (an involuntary, spontaneous, quivering of a few muscle cell bundles in a muscle). Myokymia starts and stops spontaneously. It can last a few minutes to a few days.
