Vitreous changes: It is not uncommon to have changes in the vitreous (gel inside the eye, behind the lens) after cataract surgery. A posterior vitreous detachment, for instance, may not have been appreciated due to poor vision from the cataract (which blocks light coming into eye). Your eyemd can confirm if it is the vitreous or a posterior capsular opacity.
