Bldg./bcp's: Bleeding when taking bcp's at the same time every day (or within the hour of the previous day) is usually caused by the low dose of some varieties of bcp's. If you have missed an active pill start, right after the last inactive pill, pregnancy is possible, and this bleeding may be related. If concerned, get a serum HCG test from your gyn provider. If negative, change to another kind of bcp.
