Careful; antibiotic=: against-life-thing; ie. poison judged OK for humans. Yet only a few groups/types (many subdivisions of these) exist, nothing (including combinations) kills everything. Response fades as susceptible cells are replaced by resistant cells within days. Probiotics=pills with millions of cells, many killed by antibiotics, though may help shift populations present. Complex, no clinical trials; science.
