Keep watching.: Occasional blood in the semen is a common complaint in otherwise healthy, sexually active men. Any recent trauma to the genitals? Just a small amount of blood (streaks) or more? Each of these can mean different things. If this was an isolated incident, there is likely nothing to be concerned about. However, if it happens regularly it is appropriate to make an appointment with a Urologist for recs.
