Maybe: Migraine headaches are particular type of headache with symptoms of nausea, visual lines, intense headache developing after prodromal symptoms. Eye strain and eye fatigue are another type of headache. If the glasses helped you might just have had eye strain. There are medications and nasal sprays for actual migraine headaches. See a doctor for best treatment.
