This description: is very NON-diagnostic.....such "opacities can be due to many things , the most common in that location SCARRING from previous TB infection.....suffices to say furher diagnostic testing is probably indicated...follow the lead of your Doctor(s) Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Upper back pain 6wks. Constant and at rest. Now short of breath, slight cough, swoll nck glds for week. Normal bldwrk and chest and back xrays a week ago. Still scared of lung cancer. What are chances lung tumor missed w bad back pain and normal xray?
My Xray result is. Hearth is not enlarged. Questionable density is noted at the right apex. The rest of thr lung fields are clear. Lateral c-p sinupses are sharp. What does it mean? What should I do? Thank you?
