Pregnancy?: Most pregnancy tests, including the "qualitative" HCG serum test may be inaccurate at "six days late". A delayed ovulation will always cause a "late onset" of menses, and work/life stress can cause ovulation to be delayed. Take another serum HCG test in a week or so, since rarely, a tubal pregnancy may have occurred, which produces much less HCG and may not be detectable yet.
