A member asked:

What could be giving me trouble urinating?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Prostatitis: In a man your age the most likely diagnosis is Prostatitis. This often presents with discomfort in the genital, scrotal, and area under the scrotum (perineum) and can be associated with changes in urinary habits (frequent urination, urgency, burning, incomplete emptying). Less common is erectile dysfunction. Other diagnoses should be considered, if persists see a Urologist.
