Needs to be checked: Pain in upper and middle abdomen can be due to several different causes depending on the exact location.any radiation of pain,any associated symptoms like nausea/vomotong/diarrhea/constipation etc.It may be coming from stomach,gall bladder,intestinal pathology or some other cause.Get it checked by your doctor
