A member asked:

Why on earth might one of my ears (left) be red and warm while the other is normal looking/feeling?

Not sure: If painful, then infection is certainly a possibility. Positional changes to blood flow dynamics may be responsible (should resolve with sitting or standing upright). Could be mild rash related to contact trigger on one side. If at all bothersome, by physically examining the ear in person, a physician can help.
