Worth checking: Severe headache during sexual activity is concerning as one of the causes is the presence of an aneurysm in the brain. I note that you experienced similar headache,although less intensely, again. I recommend reporting this to your physician and asking for an evaluation of the blood vessels in your brain to check for an aneurysm. This will also give you peace of mind if nothing is found.
