Infection? STD?: Of course you DO have symptoms: the discharge. (Presumably you mean that's your only symptom.) Colored discharge often means an infection. Depending on your age and sexual lifestyle, STDs may be a good possibility. In any case, for sure see a doctor soon to make sure it's nothing serious.
