Periods: If you are or have been sexually active please see a doctor and arrange a pregnancy test. Needs urgent medical evaluation if positive. Pregnancy!: If sexually active a one day spotting may mean pregnancy. Best check with your PCP or Gynecologist for causes of inter-menstrual spotting.
