Get to ED.: Any acute abdominal pains need to be evaluated right away in a facility that has the ability to perform blood testing and abdominal imaging rapidly, i.e. A hospital. I would advise you to get to the emergency room right away with this presentation. This could potentially be a gallstone or an infection of the gallbladder which might require urgent attention.
