Depends: Joint pain may get worse if you fall on the affected areas. Indoor Sky Diving would be a new sport around here. So I can't say go parachute and land softly. Now if you go to a party and sit, stand and watch it probably would be fine. Use your best judgement.

You decide,...: Depending on your amount and severity of the arthritis you have, you can let pain be your guide. If your are stable and medications help you etc., then participating in an indoor sky diving experience should be fine. Best wishes, good luck.
