It is called the: Yuzpe method after the Doctor who experimented with the technique in the 70's (almost 50 years ago.) It is a method of emergency contraception utilizing birth control pills. The time of your cycle is irrelevant to its efficacy. (ovulation or not). There is the potential for significant side effects. You would be much smarter to use Plan B available over the counter in most Pharmacies.
