I suffer from constant headaches and dizziness. my current network selected gp's don't make any effort to find the route course of my health issues. all they give me is pain tablets. please help, and maybe suggest a specialist that i could go to.

Neurologist or ENT: Suggest you see a neurologist or otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat doctor) in order to evaluate your symptoms. Your perceptiveness is key given that the cause of the headaches should be determined to assess the best therapeutic interventions. Good luck.
