Nope: Clearly you have a serious problem with alcohol use disorder. Do your best to not use alcohol at all. Your anemia is one result of this problem, but in itself is not the main reason to continue to avoid alcohol. Avoidance will still be necessary if and when the anemia is gone. Continue to discuss with your doctor. Don't look to this or other forums for justirfications for coninuted drinking.
