Im a not sexually active female that has the nexiplon birth control bar for almost 3 years i have dark brown and blood like discharge. i havent had my period since the insertion of my birth control. i have had excruciating pain in my overies. help ?

Get care ASAP: This is not something that can be helped online. You need to see a doctor. If this is a new problem, don't delay -- for sure by tomorrow (Monday), and even this evening if pain is very severe, bleeding becomes very heavy, if you have fever, or if you become light-headed or dizzy.
