Check directions: Birth control pills are once a day. Not sure why you would be taking two a day. The packaging is made to help you to remember the pill once a day.

Concur with: earlier responses. I would check to insure that you are taking your oral contraceptive correctly. If there is confusion, either your pharmacist or your doctor should be able to help clarify that. There are many birth control options you can discuss with your gynecologist - I assume you are referring to depo provera.

Only one a day: no pills need to baken twice a day you can certainly go on shots if you accept irregular periods, irregular bleeding or no periods at all
