Doubtful: Pregnancy tests have become very accurate and 4 days after sex, with 2 preg tests being negative on top of taking the morning after pill, it would be unlikely you are pregnant. Of course, if you do not want o be pregnant, you should be on BC medications and supplemental Condoms will prevent any STI's as well. Best wishes.
