Good day. i have a burning sensation when urinating and it has been going on for a while and it comes and goes. is it something i should consult for?

YES: It sounds like a urinary tract infection; however if sexually active and not protected you need screening for STD. No matter what you must be seen and obtain a urine analysis and urine culture and sensitivity testing.
