Use real medicine : That stuff is zinc and trade tree oil. It's no wonder it is not working. Seborrheic dermatitis should respond to simple stuff like blue dandruff shampoo used often on your scalp, or try it elsewhere, and you can experiment with sulfur, coal tar, or see if your physician will give you some ketoconazole.
