Irritant dermatitis?: May be the cause and come and go and not respond to antifungals or antibacterials as it is an irritant phenomenon. Needs a good examination of the rash by a doctor. They can then arrange swabs and fungal scrapings if required +/- treatment +/- dermatology opinion if needed to sort you out. All the best.
