Skin tags: Skin tags can be removed by most doctors via excision, cryosurgery or tie off with dental floss. Will not recommend do-it-yourself as it can lead to bad scars and/or infection!

Scissors: You can remove tiny ones yourself with a small scissors. Bigger ones can be removed on a cosmetic basis by your doctor. It's quick and easy.
