I woke up one morning and my face had a breakout of pimples, what can i use that will work fast?

Acne: Do you have a history or acne, or this was a first breakout. If latter, then it is not acne, and the breakout. Could be some type of an allergic or other reaction., which could respond to prednisone and/or antibiotics. Unfortunately there is nothing that will work "fast", but see your doctor, who knows your history, and can tell you what to do.

History: Not quite consistent with acne. See a doctor. If Acne is the diagnosis he may prescribe topical acne medications and or oral medications
