Why does my lower right side hurt and sometimes i feel it on my back?

Pain: Can you be more specific to the area that hurts? Right lower side of your: abdomen, chest, flank, hip?

RLQ pain.: Generally speaking, acute appendicitis would be the worst case scenario here (chance of this would be higher if you had no appetite). Other possibilities include mesenteric adenitis, terminal ileitis, infectious colitis, Crohn’s disease, hernia or muscular strain. In other words, you should be evaluated formally for this.
