Hard to say: Some aching around the bell button is normal. Even so, its a good idea to bring it up at your next pre-natal appointment. If your pain is more severe, or you have any bleeding, you should be evaluated by your Ob ASAP. If it is really bad pain, you should go to the ER. Best wishes!

Abdominal pain: As you progress along in pregnancy various pains are common. If you are not having fever, vomiting, diarrhea, cramps or bleeding probably safe to rest and see if the pain improves.
