Vulvovaginal itching: Hello Ezerae, vulvovaginal itching with chunks of itchy white stuff sounds more like a yeast infection than a UTI. You could try an over the counter yeast infection treatment. They pretty well but if it doesn't go away in 3 or 4 days or worsens then you should see your doctor for an exam. Good luck :)
