Total T 900-1100: The reported normal range for Total Testosterone is quite broad. The ideal level (no low T sx) varies from man to man. Many men have sx even when T is in the low normal range. When treating lab documented low, or low normal T, with sx, I usually aim for a total T level of 900-1100, which is upper normal. Also important to look at free Testosterone, the metabolically active component.
