Advise a good diet: Low doses of Inderal which is a beta blocker has minimal effect on weight and on cholesterol levels. Therefore, I wound not be concerned of Inderal having any significant effect on your weight or cholesterol. I would continue to follow a low cholesterol and low calorie diet and undergo an exercise program in order to improve your weight and lipid panel and overall cardiovascular status.
