Probably blood : Black or brown discharge usually means blood. You may be having some irregular menstrual bleeding which is very common. If you are having unprotected sex consider birth control for cycle regulation and see a doctor for std testing.

See your gyn: This could be a sign of infection or blockage of the normal flow of menstrual blood. See your gyn for an exam and probably an ultrasound.
