Urgent Care/OB: Please see your urgent care specialist or OB. Studies show in this situation you need a careful full history and physical including a pregnancy test, full STD panel to be performed. Any new discharge with odor is an indication for a pelvic exam according to ACOG. You need a swab to be sent and BV needs antibiotics now. Abstain/get partner treated. Yeast infection &BV often coexist. R/o miscarriage
