I have a pain in my lower left side of my back, that radiates into my left bum chest and sometime it even radiates into my left leg. its not a constant pain but it occurs on occasions and is a burning sensation with pain. what can it be?

Lower back pain: Herniated discs do not always cause symptoms. When they do, the most common symptom is tingling, pain, or numbness that spreads down one leg. These symptoms affect different parts of the leg, depending on which disc in the lower back is herniated.
