Simple if followed:: Start as early in your life as you can and: brush and floss after every meal; rinse when you cannot brush; eat nutritious foods that do not contribute to cavities and gums disease; get regular dental checkups every 6 months; follow your dentist's recommendations; and if there is something that you don't like about your teeth, ask your dentist what can be done to improve your smile.
