Needs checking : You’re describing what is called lymphadenopathy or enlarged gland. There can be a variety of reasons some harmless some potentially serious for this so worth getting a GP appointment to examine and run tests/refer as needed

Gland hard to name: Goodland could be in lymph node, the probably Glenn, one of the other salivary gland's, or even muscle. This needs to be clarified and your physician you can do this. Once you have a definition of what it this tender then we have a better reason of finding out why it is happening
