i am experiencing pain with urination (quality: stinging or burning sensation) and pain during sex. the following also describe me: abnormal vaginal discharge, vaginal odor, and cloudy urine. what should i do?

Get medical eval: If vaginal discharge is malodorous and has changed in color & consistency - this may well be an infection. That could also be related to pain during sex and painful urination. Please be seen soon.
