Retained tissue: It could just be that you weren't completely done with your cycle or had some residual tissue that was expelled from sex. If you reached orgasm, the uterus contracts around 6-8 times with it. It could also be from the penis hitting the cervix during sex. If really worried check a pregnancy test in about 2 weeks.
