Sore swollen breasts: Have you checked HCG and a sonogram? i have seen false negative urine HCG. Sometimes breast swell with premenstr=ual syndrome , have you had a period in between without change? Also check prolactin level as that can be associated with mastalgia - swollen painful breasts. f/u /w/ doc
