I doubled up on my pill for 2 days as was spotting and then took the rest as usual. i stopped taking it and haven't had a period. 2x-ve preg test?

Birth control: The birth control pill can make the lining of the uterus very thin and therefore some people have nothing to slough off to give them a period. This can also be from the effect of doubling up on the pill earlier. As long as pregnancy tests are negative keep taking pill as usual.
