Unlikely.: There are so very many OTHER things that can. Hand sanitizer, alcohol based rubs and linements. having the urine sit and grow yeast that make alcohol, mouthwash with alcohol, exposure to rubbing alcohol....

Grape juice and ETG: No . ETG is caused by alcohol . Not grapes. It detects ethyl glucuronide (a breakdown product of ethanol, so grape juice should not interfere unless there is some alcohol in it. http://www.muschealth.org/psychiatry/professionals/cnl/etg-faq.html
