Having safe sex: Condoms are very effective at preventing HIV/AIDs when used correctly. In fact, we also have preventative pills these days- called PreP - that can be prescribed by your doctor as an extra layer of protection. I would advise you try to see an Infectious Diseases doctor or an HIV specialist who can give you these medications. I think you are suffering unnecessarily from this health-related anxiety!
