No: Better not, not meant for infants or toddlers, you haven't mentioned why do you want to use it with your child? Kindly call or see the pediatrician if symptoms are really bothersome

No: Cold preparations are not recommended under 6 years. Refer to AAP and CPS sites for parents. Gentle saline and suctioning is safe. A cool room and extra humidity may help. All the best.
