GI virus?: There is a virus going around causing nausea. Could be that, gastroenteritis, or some other things. You need to contact a doctor for definite diagnosis and treatment. Need more information

Recommend retesting: 7 days after missed period to insure you are not pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Reasons for missed / late period include: an anovulatory cycle in which no egg is released, marked v or ^ in weight; eating disorder; Over-exercising (endurance athletics), stress, travel, significant illnesses, oral contraceptives & other meds, Illegal drug use

May be pregnant: Studies show urine pregnancy tests sometimes take time to become positive. If you have extreme morning nausea and breast tenderness you may still be pregnant. Any increasing abdominal pain go to ER. Otherwise stay hydrated, take prenatal vitamins, and take another urine pregnancy test in one week.
