Does taking birth control pill an hour late effect the efficacy of a combined oral contraceptive ?

Should be fine. : Generally speaking, pills do not have to be taken at the exact same time every day. Taking one birth control pill and hour later than usual would not affect its efficacy.

Oral contraceptive : They work most effectively if taken at same time each day. But this hour difference will be fine
