I have bumps all over my arieola. i'm very self conscious of it and would like to have them removed. some are hard and very itchy at times.

Itchy and hard?: Suggest that it may be a contact allergy for which only avoidance of the allergen would help. Are you wearing any padding? You need to be examined by your GYN to find out what the cause may be before making any decision to get them removed.

Montgomery Glands?: Little raised, white dots on areolas/ nipples are quite normal and help keep tissues moist. If this is not what you are referring to - then have this examined.
