No: "Rose hip" vitamin C is synthetic vitamin C just like you'd buy anyplace else with a tiny bit of rose flower pulp added. If you're eating sensibly and in normal health, why not spend the money on a gym membership instead? Congratulations on your pregnancy -- if you stay fit now and keep it up as a new mother, fitness is a wonderful gift to yourself and your family.
