Will vitamin c with rosehips cause miscarrige?

No.: Vitamin C does not cause miscarriage. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

No: "Rose hip" vitamin C is synthetic vitamin C just like you'd buy anyplace else with a tiny bit of rose flower pulp added. If you're eating sensibly and in normal health, why not spend the money on a gym membership instead? Congratulations on your pregnancy -- if you stay fit now and keep it up as a new mother, fitness is a wonderful gift to yourself and your family.
